community opinion on azir?
I see a lot of complaints about assassins, but what about azir? He is fairly imbalanced in lane and since zed is banned the main way to beat his poke in lane is simply someone with better poke. This is terrible design.

Lol what. Dodge his E+Q as an assassin and burst him down.................. That easy m8. Just dodge and burst. Try a nidalee if you can dodge his poke combo then you are mobile enough to get around the soldiers and burst him, plus a spear from the fog can give you a kill with your jump Q plus ignite. Maybe before complaining how champs are imbalanced you should think about how to beat a champ. Also zed is mainly banned because he is a super assassin almost as bad as fizz if not worse who has even worse poke. He is one of the most mobile champions and has huge kill pressure at level 6.

This is terrible design.
Just like everything else they're putting out recently 
you can beat his poke by positioning well away from his soldiers. there's a decent animation while it dashes which allows you to dodge his Q and it's extremely telegraphed when he does it. you don't have to pick a specific champion to 'beat' azir in lane, it's just that some (like xerath) make it extremely easy.
Out sustian, lane pressure, and a good ganking jungler all mess him up. I have seen an Azir get ganked twice early game, no kills were made but he was forced back to base, and he got shit on the rest of the game because he got so far behind.
btw never get between him and his tower, when that happens i ult you into my tower, and you die.
His mana costs are retarded high. He's also prone to being pressured. He's the one who causes the pressure in the lane; if you aggress on him, you take away a lot of his options.
Imo Balanced, he is not easy to pull and carry a team, he is squishy and is not rewarded for building tanky, requires 40% to be effective and has limited mana pool, passive is meh at best, since enemy team can just fight in the jungle and you have no use of passive in jungle, ult is fine just need some fixed on glitches on angles
if you hate poke champs, how you been dealing with 
? those champs have way better poke than azir since you see where the poke is, so if soldiers are at left, fight at right, simpleas that
He is ridiculous.
dont play azir the nerf is horrible. youll just get uber ganked no matter what you do as azir now.
