@Riot Katarina nerfs?
Why are you nerfing a champion that is completely shut down by cc 
while assassins like

wreak havoc on the rift? Just curious.

Because the champions that countered her don't as much.
That said, Fizz and Akali definitely need nerfs. Not even sure why they haven't recieved them.
Hmm I must have missed the Katarina nerfs...back to the internet I go :/
Edit: I've returned from the internet. I'm actually relieved that they're not more severe. I feared they had done something to make playing her feel horrible...like make her passive reduce the CDs to ALMOST off cooldown. /shudder.
You haven't heard? Riot is slowly destroying all assassins since their baby role adc has such a difficult time right now. Adc will be the new assassin.
