A GAME MODE!!

i am so fed up with regular. during the week its reg or aram...well regular isnt for me..and it isnt for a lot of people. last hitting minions is an annoying chore and the worst part of all is most games are decided in the first boring and painful ten minutes...the remaining 20 to 30 minutes is to roll on or get rolled on with maybe 1 out of ten being worth sticking to it for a potential come back. and aram is just random and most the time the victor is decided in the champ select screen. i like pretty much every other mode iv played because u grow in money and exp relatively closely which makes for a good and continued intensity throughout the entire game. i know this game was founded with regular but i literally cant even bare to play it anymore. we once had dominion and such but i guess no one played it enough and it was taken out..WHY!! i was ok for ten minute q times in order to play something i would actually enjoy. now i am just at a loss and don't really want to play during the week when there is no special maps. can you guys please put an alternative game mode or even just an option on modes to make your exp and gold progressive or even start us out at lvl 3 or hell just anything to break up the torture that is summoners rift
