Meta top- counter

The Amazed NPC··1 votes·380 views

I've only recently started playing league and prefer playing top. I'm tired of playing against the meta-top champions and wonder if there are any champs who can effectively counter the op/commonly-picked top-laners

Which top laners are meta again? Irelia?

I'd pick Olaf or Heimer. Actually grab anyone with free poke and/or good zoning and your opponent will be praying for you to die.

I love playing Mordekaiser. No Mobility, but is he hella fun to play.

if you're talking about irelia... darius, olaf, trundle, pantheon are all good against irelia

what are you calling "op"

Gnar is good against most strong Mids right now once you realy know how to play him and understand his trading patterns in lane.

Pantheon makes life a living nightmare for most top current meta champions - especially those building triforce as a first item.

Well first off: Who are you even talking about?

But either way the answer is "Other meta top laners." That's why they're meta in the first place.

Malphite is a good choice.
