RIOT! Fix matchmaking

The last 10+ games I have been placed with plats and higher golds i'm only silver 1 and it makes the game really hard to play. I like making it harder for me but when i wanna play with my lower friends on bronze or under leave 30 it make it really hard to want to play with them knowing that we are just going to lose and have no benefits from the game and just make us rage and want to stop playing. No game should make there players want to stop playing from rage. This just makes me really sad .
