Who's The Next River Shen?

Since the rework, Rivershen has become even less viable than before (to the delight of many and the dismay of probably 5-6 of us). That said, what champ(s) do you think would work best in Rivershen style? I.e. constant gank, good sustain, has at least something to offer while being inherently underfarmed.

My top River pick atm is Olaf. His early ganks are brutal if you land your first q, he can sustain off scuttle with his w, and can be a split threat even while behind. Lee Sin could be good here too. Strong ganks, inherent sustain, manaless, and a good ult can win a teamfight or secure an objective at any point in the game.

I'd say Taric since he does the most dmg with the least gold and levels, Just get Iceborn Gauntlet and Frozen Heart. 40% CDR and mana for spamming and his w and e scale with armor. This is the most gold efficient build for him. Start cloth armor and refillable pots. Guardian and inspiration-Bone Plating, Conditioning, Unflinching, Free Boots and Biscuits. Max e for taking scuttle and damage when ganking, max q last because it goes up in mana cost and you want to stay in river as long as possible. I can also see this working with Rammus.
