Lane Builder Ranked

After countless ranked games with toxic players for not getting the lanes they are good at, I dont understand why riot wont develop a teambuilder where everyone gets the lane they want and then it goes into normal draft pick. I would love this so I would stop getting demoted because other people feed because they didnt get the lane they wanted
