Improvement Idea for the 'Skin Boost'

Thinking in terms of the players who have all of the champions, but don't want to/don't have the funds to, buy a bunch of skins. Riot should make it so that you can purchase the skin boost with Blue Essence (albeit a large amount). This would make it so that you get your one time skin, as well as help others to get more Blue Essence so that they can purchase more champions.

Would never happen. They'd lose too much money doing it. They already gave us hextech crafting, and they lost a ton off of that too. If it were to be a boost, it would be RP, in which case the person is better off buying the skin in the first place.
