Recording and reviewing gameplay?

I recently started recording my games using OP.GG's in game tab, but am looking for free software or a program where I can record my games and save them to my computer in a format compatible with a windows media player based program. Any ideas?

My recommendation: replay.gg to get the replay, then watch the replay and use Open Broadcast Software in File Output Only mode to save the video.
