Color blindness for blue cone (aka tritonopia)

I have been playing league of legends for several years now. Currently have 3 different accounts currently working on mastery with this account. I would like to know if there is some sort of help for color blindness of blue meaning i cant see yellow or orange very well and sometimes i have issues with red too.IF there is any suggestions I would gladly appreciate it
