My entire computer freezing forever after every single game of league

I've played league on my current PC for a long time, worked marvelous until recently. I'd say about 3-4 days ago when something weird started happening After every single game of league, be it a win or loss, live server or pbe my PC freezes completely, tapping any buttons won't do anything,the cursor won't move and the only thing I can do is restart, after which the PC is back to normal working well, I tried seeing if it freezes from other games too but so far only from league. I'm thankful that at least I can play the match well but I can't restart my pc after every game, it will shorten my PC's lifespan. If anyone has any tips please. (specs AMD a10 processor with a Radeon r7 graphics card, 8 gigs of RAM)
