If you are actually good at the game you will move up in ranked

So i have been playing ranked lately and thought of a great fucking idea, STOP MATCHING GOOD PLAYERS AT LOW ELO WITH TRASH KIDS IN THE SAME ELO. I have been playing since early 2013. When i started i was pretty bad, infact up until season 5 i would say i was bad, but the past two seasons i have progressed a great amount. I know i am not a plat player but i have no doubt that i play on a gold level. i carry all of my games(aside from the few where im just out of it) and i still go on 3-5 game lose streaks. my whole team feeds every game and i have 0 control over it. i dont understand how it is so hard to match people with others of the same skill level. it is impossible to climb out of bronze the way the game is set up at the moment. I am so angry with the way riot games handles the match making. i have attempted to get in contact with the rioters before but never any response. i have put years into this game and i have spend well over 500$ on the game yet i get 0 help. all im asking is for a fucking break. stop matching good players with trash players...
