Season 7 Kickoff Sale? (Rune Page)

I don't know if Gameplay (rune pages are in the Gameplay tab of the shop) is the right section for this, but whatever. Are rune pages going on sale when season 7 starts, like when season 6 started? I feel like rune pages are really important, but I don't see them go on sale. Thanks in advance.
