Azir update in patch 6.11 are worst

As an player i think that the update on patch 6.11 on was pretty much make him a little bit_ useless_ especially on the ultimate why drop it to 3 sec it make no sense cuz when u have to block someone for the retreat or keep them on the fight it only_ last a moment_ it make the enemy team easy to get pass the defense for instance with the enemy champ that have dash so please make it last 3 to 5 sec or** 5 sec** at all level
