5.14 flash hooks gone?

Hi guys, atm I'm trying to improve my thresh plays, so I began practicing flash hooks a couple of days ago. Now, since yesterday, I was no longer able to do this - I even tried it in a bot game just to make sure. The flash is no longer performt during the windup but after the chain was thrown...unlike before the patch. So I'm puzzled right now as I haven't seen anything mentioned in the patch notes and also haven't found any discussion threads about this so far - did I just forget how to flash hook over night or what?^^ Please share your experience after the patch - does flash hooking still work for you?

i noticed something strange with flash playing as sion in my last game. i tried to flash during his q windup, didn't, but then flashed after the swing happened a full second later. it just seemed strange that flash would be cued up for that long of a delay, and I don't remember it happening like that with other abilities before this.

yes that's how it looks for me as well when I hook...never had this prior to 5.14

I didn't think you could ever begin the Death Sentence (hook) cast and Flash before throwing it. You sure it did that? Flash then hook, sure. I could be wrong.
