Orange Essence Conversion or Orange Essence purchase option for WW/Gemstones?

I feel it would be a great big help to a lot of players who have spent a boatload of money on crates and special event loot to enable either some sort of conversion from orange to blue essence (I'll go over potential structures below, after context.) or allow the special Blue essence store to also provide high stakes orange essence spending on things like the skin, as many collectors will have a ton of it to spare but no way of actually using it.

I'll use myself as an example. I am one of many skin collectors. I own all but one Exclusive Gemstone skins (need two more gemstones for ya girl Neo Pax , I'm working on it >:^) ) I have ridiculous amounts of spare skin shards - I've disenchanted at least 6 Ultimate skin shards for example and even after going through spares a few times i'm sitting on a lot of 3's and 4's in varying rarities. These are all useless to me, but I'm not discontent with that. Don't take this as a complaint - I chose to keep getting more knowing full well that the further in I go, the less success I'll find. I'm not trying to escape that with this, I'm simply putting forward a plan that could help tons of people in the same position as me.

What I am aiming for is to give riot a cheeky little nudge in what I personally feel the right direction likely is: Implementing Orange Essence, in some form, into the Special Blue Essence Super Mega Ultra GemstoneURFwickMONEYBAGSPOROdidImentionURFwick store.

You could go a few ways with this.

Add an Orange Essence price to SPECIFIC items in the Blue Essence store:

While I personally still need them, I disagree with gemstones being purchasable by Orange Essence for example. All that would do is take a chunk of revenue away from Riot that otherwise would have been given by players still needing to grind chests/event crates. If the skin shards they get can be tossed aside to get the gemstones for that one skin they want faster it simply lowers the amount of money they'll spend with no purpose. Not worth it for Riot even remotely.

URFwick, the big one. This one of all things seems to make the most sense as having an Orange Essence purchase option. Collectors will have gigantic pools of skin-relevant essence to spare, but no real way to use them. What better way than to provide something else to collect that would be otherwise inaccessible?

As far as the Ward goes I had to spend some time deliberating over this but eventually came to the conclusion that it being blue essence exclusive is likely for the best. The store is primarily meant to reward players that played for a long duration (in terms of hours in game) after all.

The Poro icons make perfect sense being purchasable via Orange Essence: They embody money. The others I'm on the fence about, but I see no reason why not.

Conversion from Orange to Blue (But not Blue to Orange!):

This one also makes a fair amount of sense. You offer what you believe to be a fair ratio of Orange to Blue conversion.
