okay. So i truly believe sivir needs some work. i don't like everyones suggested fixes really but i like the points they make. Like how lucian and kog'maw are the only other champs with the same range but lucian makes up with maneuverability and a q that DOESN'T do less through minions, and a pokey w. Her passive sucks, it's not strong enough or lasts long enough, and she can't even attack behind caster minions. To do anything with her even just farm cs. you have to put your life in danger. My personal suggestion would be either give her passive some love. i don't care how, and make her q do flat damage across all things hit. I know there might be some things wrong with my suggestion but i am trying to add to the random suggestions people are throwing out.

Pro play and solo queue performance indicate Sivir is in a good or even slightly too strong spot.

I dont think it should do the same dmg across all enemies hit but I think it should do more to enemies hit even if they already hit others.
