Kled is too overpowered that the game is just too unfair to play

Riven vs Kled.
He has teleport I have ignite.
I ignite him and Q / auto him, all in.
He do the same but without the ignite.
Result? Kled with 200hp, I dead.

Riven loses lvl 1 all ins against most champs. Not sure what you were thinking.
Edit: Im not saying Kled isn't over tuned right now. I really haven't played against him enough to make a judgement yet. Just from looking at numbers he seems a bit too strong, I just wait to pass judgement till I have the experience to do so.

its called powercreep, it exists and new things will always be better. never again will riot release something as simple as
riot cant make a champion anymore with 4 solid one function abilities. it craps all over their "unique and fun" concept, if a new champion cant be competitive right away it doesnt make people go out and buy RP and get a new skin for their new fav champ. if their fav champ stays garen, and they have all the skins, they dont make money anymore.
