can we have a bigger summoner rift map ?
Bigger summoner rift map=Longer games = better Lane Phase = Junglers can actually do Jungle = New Strategy

That makes 0 sense.
Short Answer No.

While the line of thoughts in the OP doesn't seem to follow a strictly logical sequence, but theoretically a bigger map does help creating all of those things stated in the OP.
A bigger jungle might mean more jungle routes and thus more ways to gank, which would mean laning phase would become longer in response, especially in the face of the lanes themselves have also become longer as a result of a larger map which would add more uncertainty and risks when extending; this would mean the laning phase may be more satisfying and more organically dynamic. Not just that, if a jungle is larger and hopefully complicated enough, it would also support a larger array of different clearing paths and even jungle playstyles. All of this, and possibly more, can also help allowing more strategies being experimented.
OP's post makes perfect sense, it is your response that doesn't make any given bringing up Minecraft has absolutely nothing to do with League. I think you wanted to say something along the lines of "larger doesn't mean more interesting, ever heard of Minecraft maps?", which is silly because Minecraft's map is auto-generated by an algorithm and League's obviously isn't as it's manually designed. That makes Minecraft's map totally different to League's and incomparable.
the only way I could see this making sense would be for this new map to be specifically for Hexakill
that way you could have 2 junglers
just tweak a few things
Red and Blue buff are fused together in a new buff, one in each part of the jungle
All jungle camps would need to be in each part of the jungle
More Scuttle crabs/blast cones/vision flowers/etc

Making the map bigger makes jungle a even more irrelevant role. Longer lanes = Freezes being more effective = Junglers camping frozen lanes cause the other side of the map is like two minutes away
Idk why making a freeze meta makes the laning phase "better"
There are hundreds of routes for jungle. That doesn't mean all of them are any good.
But i get it i love camping frozen lanes it hilarious. I love setting up a freeze free farm :) and the enemy cant scale.
Imagine dying the moment you get into your lane :)
No need.
Or maybe just nerf the the mobility-infested LoL and actually weigh them into power budgeting unlike today's glut, and map would actually feel not nearly as tiny.
