Ekko is fun to play and can go top,mid,jung. Zilean vs zed is REALLY fun to play because you can R yourself and make him waste full combo. If you land both Qs on him he just gets stuck there too. Good time.

Zyra is incredibly satisfying to play both in mid and as support. Her combo's and damage are super high and it's all AoE. Add into that lots of AoE CC and she can win a team fight for your team easily.

Sivir is really strong and before the new champ select she was my go to ADC when I was stuck in the role. I never felt useless and I had great impact in team fights with my AoE. Now she crits with her ricochet which is crazy powerful!

Lulu is extremely fun as either mid or support. You'll want somewhat different builds for each role, but a fed Lulu mid is TERRIFYING. She's definitely an underrated champion.
