When is Riot going to do something about afks and trolls in ranked?

So, i have been playing a lot of ranked trying to get to gold for the rewards, but is nearly impossible. Don't come with that "keep trying" or "is the attitude that gets you to high leagues". Because i always (or 8 out of 10 times) win my lane, buy some wards, try to be respectful, tolerant and encouraging with my team, but no matter how much i do, at the end, 60% of the succes isn't up to me. Several times my team member's just rage at each other or go afk, even i though i tried to calm them down. It is just ridiculous how i get matched with this people.

Last match, i was jungling as sejuani an helped mid and top to win their lanes and get them fed. Meanwhile bot was dying and dying because our support (zilean), didn't cared about warding, or protecting the wards i got for them. Then, started harrassing on our adc (tristana) which, instead of muting him as all our team suggested, decided to went afk, arguing "He does not deserves to win". Eventually she did, we couldn't convince her otherwise and left the match that was a clear win with our wukong and anivia fed. We mamaged to 4v5 and take the fight to their nexus but late game, we couldn't hold teamfights, 50 minutes of winning with one less player but eventually we still lost? Why is that Riot can't give the remaining players buff on this situations? Or they just don't care?

Worse than this, is the fact that probably she won't get banned or punished at all. Even worst, we lost a well fought 4v5 and still lost LP? I mean, why? Why punish the players with dedication only for the inmaturity of a few? It is unbelievable how the ranked system works, i will never played LoL again until someone adresses this issue. And no, doubt that keep playing will change the behavior of the other players. I no longer care about the gold rewards, there is no point in keep playing such an unbalanced game.
