Is Riot going to care about Twisted Treeline next season?

My main concern is with the unregulated que's. I understand there are less players but I would much prefer to wait an extra two min for a balanced game, rather than playing games with D5, Plat 3, Silver 4, vs Silver 4, Silver 5, and Gold 2.... As a Diamond 5, I consistantly get Silvers, unranked, and even the occasional Bronze. Hell I looked back through my match history and even saw an Iron in there the other day. Playing with Diamonds.... I understand they think que timers are the largest concern, but if the matches are just going to be willy nilly anyone, at the very least queing up with teammates should also be unregulated. My dad is Silver so it does not allow us to que up together, but hilariously enough the other day we both happened to be playing from across the country and got matched together. After the match of course it said we were not allowed to play together lol. If you aren't going to hold yourselves to the same que standard that you force us in, atleast open it up to free play I'd say so we can atleast know the silver or bronze won't AFK because "It's a garbage game anyways" lol.
