Rank Play Pre-requisites

Too many flamers, ragers, trolls, smurfs and basic idiots that don't care about other peoples/team-mates rank play experience and commitment. There needs to be a real league ranking regulation system. I think exploring the medal system is the way to create a responsible team-player environment. Introduce another couple colored medals along with the purple and blue. Add say, yellow for 5 A+'s and green for 5 A's; and not allow ranking players to play with champs that have no medals and no honor insignias. It's almost like playing hard for the AAA teams in sports, this is a sport isn't it? Also, add a lot more tournaments, just local regional ones, if you will, that give out "stickers/trophies" that players can showcase on their borders, or on a shelf under their border. This gives team-mates more confidence in their mates and the players themselves something to pride themselves in; and, not want to trash their own nor others rank play experience. Let's make ranking worth putting all the time into it that it requires.
