Problem with Singed as a top laner no longer viable , the new META of top laners contains too much pokes , such as Ryze, Kled , Teemo , Jayce , etc... everyone has poking abilities , Singed does not , and is not like Singed is SUPER SUPER TANKY WHERE you can trade pokes. So how is this fair? Is not . We need to make singed's W (slow) have some sort of damage when someone stepping on it.

Rewt1 votessinged is pretty aids to play against because you can built literally anything on singed and it will work lol. You dont play singed for the early game. you play him for the hilarity that ensues after you hit 3 or 4 tanks items and can just run away from the enemy and give 0 fucks.
Proxy singed literally is the most cancerous shit to ever grace league of legends. If given the choice between lethality as it currently stands and Singed top every game for the reason of season 7 id choose the lethality.
When you have a Proxy singed on your team you chuckle to yourself cause you know in 20 min he is gonna become unstoppable and if you are on the receiving end of the singed you actually contemplate going onto youtube and looking up how to tie a noose with your shoe strings.
Death Pierce Me1 votesSinged does need a rework, but not in the way you're suggesting he should be. get rid of poison trail and mega adhesive. For his Q, it should be a skill shot glue projectile that slows whatever target it hits. This will make rooting targets easier than just spraying it on the ground. His W should be a shockwave attack that spreads poison gas within a, lets say, 150 unit radius. However he needs to build up a full charge first. Basically it's like Luden's Echo except you're spreading gas. His E stays the same. His Ult should be useable on ally champions, not just himself. Basically, I'm suggesting Singed should be, not a top lanner, but a support champ. But, that's just my opinion.
