Yuumi, the untargetable Rakan
I can already sense the Yuumi players are going to duo an AD main and just attached to them and get carried. Will perma ban this champ after the release.

I think you should give her a hit of time before you start permabanning her. Play her yourself in norms and learn her abilities/limits, then play against her for a while and learn her counters. She's (probably) not going to be that bad.
Taken from two commenters on the Yuumi abilities reveal post:

-You can't auto-attack enemy champions which is important when trading in a 2 vs 2. This also means you can't gain shields for your ally or get extra mana back because that's all through her passive. You're stuck with two charges of a heal/movement speed buff on a cooldown to help sustain them.
-If you're attached to your ally and they get hard engaged on by Leona, Thresh, Nautilus then you're probably in big trouble too right? It makes it an easy two for one for the enemy unless you hopped on your ally like 3+ seconds ago (because there is a cooldown, once you jump on your ally you can't jump off right away unless it's to another ally).
-Your ally may do things you don't want them to do: bad positioning, getting caught out, towerdiving (where YOU will take the damage unless someone else dives first), etc.
-Your abilities are very telling or predictable, at least in the laning phase. If you are attached then the source of your damage is coming from where your ADC is standing and your Q can't go through minions. Now you're fighting one character with twice the abilities?"

Ironic coming from someone who has Janna set as their Summoner Icon. That said, Shield Enchanter mains (more so than the champions themselves) have been guilty of this mentality forever. Like 70% of Diamond V Diamond IV consists of hard-stuck e-girls who have plateaued because pressing E for 40 minutes doesn't cut it at that MMR bracket.
Really whats the point of this thread, its not like they are going to change her design, its already set in stone at this point.

As some one who plays lots of other mobas. Don't worrie to much about it. Its not a Problem for Pestilus from battlerite, not an issue for ABBY in HotS. Nox in Smites not a game breaking issue as well. Not shure how much he counts for but even Whisp was never to broken in my all star days. All you need are clear trade offs for being attatched. Because the moment players learn to look for it (attatched champs) they learn to react to it properly fairly fast.
Why she’s a great way to counter BS champs like Zed or Akali or Yas who enjoy nonstop turret diving with almost no resistance. She’s great for any phase of the game and should be. We needed a champ like this. Using her to the fullest will be difficult though as it will need lots of practice and awareness...and quick, accurate reactions on all the right targets at the right moment.
