[slayer-jinx-catface] I dunno why I put that. It's kawaii tho. Anyways, I'm wondering who I should get next, Orianna or Syndra. I would say skill cap doesn't really matter, so don't base it off of skill cap. If this helps (My play style, interests etc.) I'm an ADC/JG main, and my favourite champion is Vi. I had an exact copy of this, but it got deleted because it was in the wrong sub-section. I had gotten 3 votes for syndra and 2 votes for Ori.
It seems syndra will be a better match for you since vi has an ult that shuts down one target, similar to syndra and veigar. While both have a skillshot spam, orianna does way less damage, and is mostly picked for her teamfight ultimate (which is why I love her). Both have a bit of cc. It mostly comes down to utility vs damage. Orianna (as mentioned) has versatile utility. She can shield for a good amount, a nice speed up, and an ultimate. She also can do lots of damage and burst. Syndra has a stun and slow, so much less utility than orianna. However, Syndra has much more damage, so if you want damage (which seems to fit you more, considering vi has good damage), you should pick syndra.
