hmm matchmaking confused

im really confused wh everygame use this stupid ELO system (chess rules) that cant decide skill level at all which means new players end up vs smurf noobs that suck at own skill level its way to random

y i see high skill that suck in own skill level need to play new players cause they dont have any skill for whatever rank they are in plus ELO makes rank a joke i understand that RIOT employees get their dick suck by these retarded high skill noobs thats why RIOT TEAM is to brain damaged to respect skill level or skill game ! LoL is a funny game some times but since this is infesting the game and new players never have a chacne cause the smurf retarded level is getting this high why should anyone bother playing it ?

what i see online is a bunch of retarded smurfs that suck for own skill level and ruin the experience for new players... why would new players want to play a game infested with low skill smurf tards that suck for their own rank ? and i blame this brain dmaaged shitty ELO tard syatem cause its to fucking random ! gg fucktards !
