That's great, lets make zed's one thing that he's useful for, single target assassination, increasingly more difficult, even though there's already a million ways to stop his Ult if they're prepared, however, lets ignore that Annie does more bust, with cc, to both single targets and groups.
I'm sorry, but this is stupid. That 1 second CD on Zed's switch back to his ult is dumb.
Let me tell you the same thing Zed players keep telling us:
Just buy QSS. It'll allow you not to get CCd and die if you use your ult wrongly.
I would like to point out that Annie's attack range got nerfed.
But touching kids is wrong
It's not more difficult to assassinate, it's just more difficult to get out alive afterwards

You do realize that Annie got a nerf that is arguably a stronger nerf to her than zed got? Annie lost something like 50 range on her autos which believe it or not are one of the most important factors at higher level play on her. If you watch any high level player on her they auto a lot especially to proc spell thief so being an extra 50 units closer puts in range of more abilities and more auto attack ranges making her far less safe overall.
Meanwhile zed only needs that second when he is trying to outplay a tower dive or when he has enough items to kill in half a second. To the former I would say that if you are at 200 health or less and somebody with full health dives you I feel it should be hard to survive if you don't have hard cc, and for the latter if he has that many items he is either so fed he doesn't care or is ulting poorly if he needs that second

EDIT: damn accedntaly hit post before i was done. they didnt touch her to the same extent as zed but they did nerf her
