New Inspiration Keystone and runes. @RIOT
As you know Inspiration Keystones are being over shadowed by the rest of the available runes. As (Sorcery-Domination) are focused around damage along with Precision. Plus Sustain from Resolve. As each represent clear views on the game-play overall Inspiration gets noticed for faster gold paths. Mentioned in game Inspiration path is to outwit mere mortals. I have clear suggestions and thought long and hard for balance for game use. I hope for Inspiration Rune tree to be more open to multiple play-styles and competent with the other runes. First up are reworks for existing runes.
Glacial Augment rework. Basic attacking will still slow opponents for 2 seconds and cannot occur on the same target more then once every 7/6/5/4 seconds. Changes: ^Basic hitting a champion three times will cause Permafrost slowing the champion 40% for 5 seconds and reducing to 10% slow for 10 second afterwards. The opponent is immune to Glacial Augment for total duration and 5 seconds after. ^Total 20 second Immunity.^ ^Ranged: Attacks slow up to 5% - 15% (Level Based) ^Melee: Attacks slow up to 10% - 30% (Level Based) This will allow Adc's, jungle, or supports a new tactic to dominate lane while still being counter-played by damaging based runes.
Unsealed Spellbook rework to > Hextech Spellbook Still be able to swap summoner spells and permanently reducing swapping cooldown. Keeping swapping availability after 6 minutes. Changes: 10 - 6 (Level based) seconds after using a summoner spell gain a hextech spell for 60 seconds. Flash=>Blink: Become stationary yet untargetable for 1 second. Ghost=>Phantom: Gain ability to walk through units and reduced damage from champions by 10% for 2 seconds. Exhaust=>Mist: Targeted champion is silenced for 2.5 seconds. Teleport=>Teseract: Within a target range of 5000, Channel a wormhole for 2 seconds onto any location on the rift within range. Heal=>Recover: Gain 240% - 300% (level based) health regen for 2.5 seconds. Cleanse=>Repair: Removes prolonged damage affects ^bleeding, poison, burn, etc. Ignite=>Acid: Reduces targeted enemy champion armor/magic resist by 20%. Barrier=>Cloak: Become spell Immune for 2 seconds, disappears after first spell. Smite=>Strike: Deals 240 - 950 true damage, only works on monsters. Does not give health or mana recovery after use. ^ Hextech spells only last 60 seconds if not used, requires a summoner to give calculated risks and outplay potential with spells of their choosing. **^^To balance Hextech Spellbook, Hextech Flashtraption must be removed^^ **
New Keystone Eye of Targon or** Clairvoyance** While out of combat, gain true sight around your champion. 650 unit radius. True Sight - Able to detect Wards, traps, and Champions(Satin himself) whether invisible or hidden in bush. obstacles do not block true sight. Active while auto attacking minions, Using abilities or in combat with champion will cancel Eye of Targon true sight. Cooldown 4 seconds out of combat. ^With so much damage invisible champions can deal, this keystone will be able to give Adc's or support a new role to play during early and mid game while sacrificing damage based keystones.
New Contraption rune to replace Hextech Flashtraption Invisibility Cloak While out of combat gain ward vision immunity (500 unit radius). If in range of a ward for 4 seconds immunity will end and a ping will alert your team and enemy teams map. (similar to ghost poro). Cooldown after being detected is 8 seconds out of combat. Not immune to true sight or vision of champions/minions. Will be immune to champion "ward" abilities. Examples are Kalista or Ashe. Map control is important and added out play with gank potential too. With mentioned keystone changes and current damage keystone+runes, Invisibility Cloak is only useful in early game and will help broaden choices for players to play with. Invisibility cloak rune will help balance out Perfect timing rune as well.
I hope these Runes will be implemented within League of Legends to help broaden play-styles and increase the importance of Inspiration rune path. Thank you so much Riot
