Just saw the Pls Riot video...

They said that "for every 4 rune pages you bought with RP, we'll give you one random Epic skin of a champ you own."

Just some questions;

I bought the 7 multipack rune pages.

Does that count as only one Epic skin?

Also, if that only counts as one skin, can I cash in the other 3 rune pages to ask for a particular epic skin? (C'mon riot, that's 75% of the cost of another epic skin!)

Also, for the community, do you guys think I should buy another rune page for 590 RP? Is it worth it? Are there too many champs with epic skins that getting one I actually want at random, is too risky?
