hecarim after celerity nerf

hello ppl as we all know that hecarim is struggling RN with 47% WR , well he's been struggling for 2years. some of u here said that heca will be overturned cuz of the new celerity but it's the total opposite it's a direct nerf ,heca will be a tiny bit faster but he'll lose loads of ad someone did the math at heca mains (reddit) https://www.reddit.com/r/HecarimMains/comments/9xye8w/math_about_the_new_celerity_on_pbe/ how do you think riot should address this?

Let's just wait and see what the new Runes actually do. don't forget there will be a boost to base stats as well which will help his early clear immensely so he might actually over all climb in winrate. As for that new Celerity, just take something else, it doesn't seem to be any good at all tbh. Also I feel like right now Heca is in a pretty good state and he has even been meta last season, so let's just chill and see how the new runes will affect him.
