Fiddlesticks Rework ??

Don't you guys believe that fiddlesticks needs rework? he got only Q with long cd and his E too so seems his main attack is W which can be stopped by many ways (stun..knock back..up ect) so if you stop his W he got nothing to do (become useless with no attacks) ! also he is a mage..do you really think he is?! he got low chance vs many mid champs what if you reduce the cd of his E or even improve his W so you can't stop it by stun knock back and you must get away from him for these 5 sec and you could reduce it's range maybe ..anyway seems fiddle needs rework ...what do you think??
