For Bronze V and IV HELL!

This idea is to help those of us stuck in a proverbial and literal Bronze HELL! All it would do is allow the players who are trying to improve from Bronze V and IV get more consistent grouping of players who want more from League. Instead of the ELO based LP system in these two (or even up to B3), have it on a 20 LP win/loss system. The system is simple, you win, you get 20 LP. You lose, you lose 20 LP. 5 games win streak to get into series, win your 2 games, you move up. Stops those of us who are trying to improve from having to deal with smurfs and having to deal with crap AFK'ers and people who are trying to ruin our gaming. Please consider this Riot.
