Ziggs Q should show where it will bounce similar to how Heimerdinger's ulti-enhanced E works.

yeah... but that may reduce his difficulty level which maybe riot intends to keep high because heimer R is not spammed like his q and he will be totally op if we saw where it went
He already spams that thing so much. With annoying particles every 2 seconds it'll be pretty hectic/cluttery
