Does guinshoo increase lifesteal?

Hi guys, just want to ask something. Does guinshoo rageblade increase the lifesteal of my other lifestel items such as BOTRK and BT?

Yes, it applies all on hit effects twice so lifesteal and things like % health damage, but it applies them like a second attack with no base damage so unless you have something like item 3153 where you can heal off the 2nd %HP strike, the lifesteal isn't noticeable.

Not really, It kinda works like 2 AAs, with the second haveing a 0% ad scaleing, and since lifesteal is based on the physical base damage, the second hit does not give any hp. BotrK is an exeption to that though, as it's own on-hit works with lifesteal and is doubled.
