Why is this so hard for people?

So I declared I wanted to play MasterYi Jungle.

My teammates picked: Sivir Yasuo Tryndamere Soraka

All of them built glass cannon. I was carrying hard, but in every teamfight, my teammates refused to initiate and kept sitting behind me. I was FORCED to be the one to initiate or enemies would just keep pushing and poking (they had the means). Basically game was all dependent on one teamfight, which we lost. Yeah I initiated it HAM style, but moment I went in, my teammates backed and later went back in in smaller groups and all died.

Why is it so hard for people to NOT build everything full glass cannon and actually initiate fights? Tryndamere and Yasuo could've easily initiated it and we could've won.

I've found to have lost too many teamfights, where my teammates are just afraid to initiate or to tank. Sometimes even front line tanks in team are afraid.

PS: I had item 3065 and item 3742 for defensive items.

You mean you failed to pick a tank jungle after seeing what they picked.

If not then you should just wait until they fight your team and you clean up.

You were last pick on your team. After seeing what your teammates had picked you still picked yi even though you lacked any hard engage or tanks. It's not their job to build a team around you playing yi, especially when you are picking last.

With that team comp you don't teamight...you just splitpush for days. No one can set up the Yasuo to get a wombo and you guys had no real reliable CC. Splitpush, splitpush all day. Send Yi bot, send Trynda on the other lane and keep 3 on the middle waveclearing and keeping some pressure. Sivir excels at waveclearing. Set a few wards and hope for a pick potential considering that once you get goign you would be hella fast.
