As we load why not let us see opponents levels and honors.. (yes) it might warn us who is good...but it would just be very nice and fill up some dead screen time

You think the game is toxic now? Show borders and mastery levels and watch people troll right from the beginning of the match.
I just automatically assume that my opponents are good with their champions, and try my best to fight them. Seeing my lane opponent has Mastery 6 or 7 on a champion could put me on edge before a match even begins. Also, your poll could have simply said "No," but you made it sound more loaded than it needed to be.
