Mikael's Crucible is useless

First Mikael's Crucible doesnt work on zoe's sleep, now it wont work on Warwicks ult. every time i use this item it never works. does it actually disable anything??

It works on stuns, roots, taunts, fears, silences, and slows. Doesn't work on suppressions, blinds, or knockups.

Its really not, considering it covers a good 80% of possible CC in a game

And suppression and knock ups have never been able to be cleansed and/or removed anyway with anything other then GP's W i think, and sleepy trouble is its own ramping up CC
