Anivia. Pretty much a focus on her stun and botching ganks with your wall, and if your team has weak waveclear you can quickly take a minion wave down to 1/4 with your Ult for them.

Vel'Koz is a pretty well known off-meta support. There's also Syndra which can be pretty fun and a lot of tanks like Jarvan, Maokai and Nautilus.
