99 LP

So you've probably been in this situation before. You have 80 LP and you are about to join another ranked game. You are constantly praying to the League Gods (Lee Sin and A. Sol) to earn 20 LP. And after you play that game and win, you have 99 LP (insert screaming and breaking monitors here). So you play another game and you win again to get into promos, but you technically only gained 1 LP, so where did the rest of the LP go? There should be a new mechanic where if you are with 99 LP and play a game which will send you to promos, you still gain your 20 LP and you subtract 1, due to you having 99 LP to bring it to 100, and you have 19 LP that pools over to the next division or tier, and with the system where you do not lose LP whenever you rank up from your division/tier, you should be able to keep your 19 LP if you lose. This will be useful so when you win a game with 99 LP, you wont be "wasting" LP.
