Current State Of Lucian

I think lucian is in a really bad state right now literally outclassed by ever meta adc due to the various nerfs to him recently. Before his short range (500) was compensated by his high dmg output and mobility but it really gets out damaged by graves. There is currently no reason to pick lucian over graves he is literally just a stronger Lucian . Riot need to address this problem possibly by maybe increasing his auto attack range and tweaking the stats on his abilities. he seems alot more squisher then graves in lane and his mana sustain is alot worse then graves. He was one of my most favourite adc's before because of his design and fun kit but now he just seems terrible.

What do you guys think and does riot believe he needs a change?

He had a full year as top tier ADC (I only started a year ago so I don't know who was top in season 3). Why does he need to be there for good?

i think they should remove mana cost on his e and give his passive 5 second

I disagree that there's no reason to bring him, either. He DOES still have amazing synergy with Thresh, and he's ideal to bring against immobile ADCs Varus KogMaw and those that generally can't handle an all in early on Caitlyn Jinx Ashe .

His pre-6 game is still strong, and he scales alright. He's just more kill reliant to have an impact during mid game, and it's harder to get those early kills.
