What happened to potential Syndra buffs / QoL changes? The particular one I am thinking of is here:

I think pre-season is the perfect time to start tuning Syndra's game-play again.

Not really the perfect time since systems are being reassessed. I'd rather say January

That's kind-of my reasoning behind asking now... They are making big changes ahead of next season. It would logically be easier to keep an eye on some already worked on Syndra buffs because of this.

Perhaps you're right though. I'm not really sure what is efficient or inefficient for their game-play team.

This is the time they work on the base of the game - items, minions, the jungle etc. They only look at individual champions if they are major outliers, for example, Yasuo.

They won't start looking at individual champions until about 6.2, probably. Maybe even 6.3. It sucks, but they need to focus on other things at the moment.

Towards the end of October, Riot said they were experimental and most likely will not make it into season 6. Meddler said this, I believe, after rickless disappeared. :( As much as I'm looking forward to the changes, I'm pretty sure Riot's scrapped it along with their other experimental ideas and changes for mages ( Zyra, Syndra, etc ).
