Could riot stop giving me leaver buster pently for testing my net?

I live in poor country, my net is garbage and any moment of the day i could disconnect without a reason. All i can do is depends on cmd ping which is never accurate, so what i do is play against coop as a test so i won't risk it for my teammates, so just so happen a week ago i played coop as usual my ping was legit 2000 so i literally couldn't play so instead i decided to walk from top to bottom without dieing to not effect my team since its bots and its so easy for them to win 4v5, apparently the afk detection system is more advanced than i thought and it detected me and gave me the plenty after that game even tho we won and nobody in my team complained. All am asking is to remove leaver buster plenty on coop games or at least reduced it to 1 game at least, its really not fair to wait extra 60min doing nothing cause i thought my net was good enough. I read somewhere that leaver buster in coop is made to not let people go afk and get free xp without connecting, in my opinion this can be easily solved by just disabling rewards for afk.
