Champ Select Fix

I'm currently in my 10th minute looking for a match. This is ridiculous. Because no one wants to play support it's impossible to find a game. I know if I change to a support role, I will instant queue. I main support, so I usually have no problem, but sometimes I don't want to play support. Instead of having a primary and secondary option, there should only be a primary. LOL tries to place you on your primary, but if they can't, you get filled somewhere else. So basically everyone's secondary is "fill".
