I was thinking that when new accounts hit lvl 6 they get to pick any champion on their own. So if every new summoner picks one certain champion, then during draft they will be banned and not be used so it wouldn't matter
L Rayquaza3 votesI think instead once they hit level 10 and lose the 1-10 free champs they should get to pick one of the ones from that pool to unlock ( Ashe, Garen, Jinx, Kha'Zix, Lissandra, Lux, Ryze, Shyvana, Varus, and Wukong)
