I play heimer a lot and its just not satisfying anymore. looking at every patch and seeing nothing for heimer is just terrible. He needs a buff.

No he dont.Not with his kit.He"s impossible to lane against as a melee champ.

If anyone thinks Heimer has no good lane counter, just play nunu mid or top, take smite, and keep the enemy blue buff on cooldown for yourself. Every time heimer puts down an ult turret you just q smite and its dead guaranteed. After visage and abyssal he cant 1v1 you when you have a smite up bc he places 3 turrets, q them and smite and you already dont take dmg. It is literally the most enjoyable thing playing against that douche hole
The champion itself does not need to be touched to become stronger in certain matchups. Sometimes buffs come in the form of their opponents receiving changes. When you read patch notes, don't just pay attention to Heim. Look at who you're likely to play him against.
heimer is difficult to balance because his effectiveness depends on if he is against a champion who can kill his turrets with ease or one who can't and is subjected to play an unplayable lane
