Hello, if Riot really nerfs his ultimate then i think they have to Refund me the skins. Its like you pay for a car AND then 10 days later they just take your wheels. Why does RIOT have to change almost every champion? There is no need to change him because : •If he isnt fed His damage is ridiculous low •He has no cc except His 1 sec slow •He has no real ultimate •The cooldown of His ultimate us far too high if you want to go in until you are level 16 because you cant get out except with flashing •There is no burst until he gets fed now compare this to leblanc •if you DONT build lich bane your w is useless •you can only activate your e after 5 spells were used in your environment •He gets hard countered by ad Champions so there is no excuse for saying He offers no counterplay •His general spell range is pretty low compared to other mages.(no PLS He isnt an assaisin anymore what he was supposed to be.

When you play the game, you accept the EULA and TOS. These are legally binding contracts. In one of them (can't remember which) you agree that Riot Points and anything bought with Riot Points have no value.

When you buy a car, you do not make that agreement. It is hard to refund something that has no value.

@first point er, I dont think kassadin is the snowbally type he really just has to soak up exp and gold in lane and somehow manages to do butloads of damage and scale hard later, kinda like ryze lol

His damage isn't changing, they are making it easier to keep a gap close because his R moves further than ezreals blink and flash. It's balancing, also they don't have to refund you anything because you don't own the skins, the skins are just extra content to play with.

Another Kassadin nerf? I'm not surprised, he has been a strong pick for so long. Probably a little overboard though, he's not as overpowered as he once was. We'll see though.

They should've nerfed his damage again instead of his ult since the ult is what makes him enjoyable to play.

Just keep nerfing his Q/E and if they feel the need to compensate, buff his W since he plays like a pseudo-ranged champion right now with his QE bursting half of somebody's health.
