The INSTANT Rito sees Vayne succeeding they needlessly nerfed her Q damage, yet Lucian has been allowed to be dominate for years, and after one bad patch they immediately buffed him. Gut Jhin. Not only that, but it's the fact that while doing that she can essentially two-three shot a squishy. It was stupidly oppressive and strong, which is why they nerfed her.

She can still do all of that, and melt 5k hp 300 armor tanks like they were squishies too. There is no answer to Vayne.

Whammer1 votesVayne is a late game champion, in a vayne meta world, there would be no point in the game where any other marksmen could over power vayne (currently its the early to early mid, but if vayne were meta she would have one of the strongest early and mid games) this is why vayne can never be meta.

a passive that increases your chase potential, so you are hard to run from but still do insane
damage to anything, and the movement speed gets even higher when you use an ult that gives you 1 second of invisibility and an ad steroid? how many marksmen get that?
point click self peel and in some situations cc in a basic ability? how many marksmen get that?
a 3 hit passive that gives % hp true damage up to 12% at level 5? how many marksmen get that?
