Thoughts on Yorick rework

Lately i have played on the pbe as much as possible to try and get a true feel for his new mechanics and have found that it is very underwhelming. i appreciate the work that has gone into him and as a whole it still feels like im playing my beloved yorick. Sadly i have found a huge problem with how he attains his ghouls. As a champion that relies on his adds for much of his kit i find it hard to sustain. In lane you get souls for minions dying near you or when you kill them with your q. But how do you get souls in the jungle?

1-You could farm the jungle but your jungler would not be happy with you, and even if you did you would have to kill ALL of the monsters with Q to be able to raise them.

2- you could ult and get your maiden but its your ult and has a long CD. (Like walking into a war zone with a single bullet) and even with your maiden its difficult to control her since there is no option to do so (like Mords ghost, current Yoricks Ult, Tibbers and all other adds of the sort.)

All in all i like his rework but feel like he is still going to be under powered outside of laning phase. how could riot fix this? Well that's Easy, instead of his passive giving him souls for X amount of minions that die around him have them spawn near him passively (like Zyra plants, Illaoi tenticles) scaling with level on the time in between soul spawns (lvl1 - 10 sec )(lvl10 - 8 sec)(lvl18 - 5 sec) But as i did before i will remain a dedicated Yorick player on his release, and am excited to finally have him back in the spotlight. Would like to hear what everyone else thinks about Yoricks current status.
