I need to improve!

Let me be honest here. I'm not one of those people who knows they are bad but won't accept it. What I want, is some criticism on my Aatrox and Varus gameplay. Watch my replays, look at my stats, tell me. How can I improve? I KNOW I am average or worse than average at different things, but I want to be average or better at everything. I'm open to ALL criticism and all.

BTW: I use Mobalytics and Phy, since Mobalytics does a lot of analysis and Phy does the same with a bit of help from the Mobalytics site. Am I using bad sources for this, and am I judging myself wrong from what I see? I saw a video about Mobalytics being bad on YouTube, but it is old and I don't know if they fixed it, but I don't use the site for it, so that shouldn't matter much. In terms of site resources, I just look up things and click the first one I find, which is usually mobafire and op.gg.
